How Do I Place An Order?
Simply click on the item you wish to purchase and click 'Add to Cart'. Once you are ready to check out just click on 'Cart' and follow the simple steps to complete your payment.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay online with any debit or credit card (except American Express).
We take our payments through Pay Pal but don't worry if you don't have a Pay Pal account - you can select 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' and you won't need to open an account. Simply follow the instructions!
How long will it take for my items to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch goods within 1 working day after an order has been received. The shipping then takes between 3 - 5 working days, so please allow at least one week for delivery.
If we don't have an item in stock we will contact you within 1 working day after the order is placed to let you know that there is a delay.
If you are in a rush for your order please contact us and we may be able to arrange a speedier delivery service but please note that it might cost a little more for this!
What if I change my mind?
If you are unhappy with your purchase please just let us know within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). We will need you to return the goods, unused and in the original packaging. Once we receive the item(s) we will arrange for a full refund, Please note that we cannot accept responsibilty for the cost of the return postage so this is payable by the customer. We can however help you to arrange the postage and will advise on the easiest and cheapest method!
What happens if my goods arrive damaged?
Please check your goods as soon as they arrive and notify us of any problems within 24 hours of delivery. This is very important because we only have a short window in which to report damages to our courier.

How do I make a booking?
Just give us a call or send us an email! As soon as you know what you're interested in let us know the date of your event and we can confirm the price & availability.
What if I don't live in Yorkshire?
We offer a delivery service for any address within 25 miles of YO62 4DY. The delivery service is charged at £10 per trip, therefore £20 in total for delivery and collection.
Delivery and collection outside of this radius can be arranged (depending on distance) and will be charged at 75p per mile per trip, therefore £1.50 per mile for both delivery and collection.
We can arrange for a courier to deliver and collect most of our small items to anywhere in the UK, with the exception of our large & fragile items (e.g. bicycles & light up letters). Please do get in touch for a quote!
What happens if something gets broken?
If items are returned damaged or are not returned due to loss or theft, a charge will be made to replace the item.
Please note that in some cases the damage charge may exceed the damage deposit given. In this case an invoice will be sent to you and will be payable within 28 days. Should you wish to receive a full breakdown of replacement charges before you make your booking please get in touch and we can send this out to you.
